"Tearaway Types Art Studios was started by Kiki, a local Hughesdale resident, after noticing the lack of art studios for hire in the area.
Taking this problem by the horns, she decided to create the studios with the intention of providing a space in the Monash area for people to meet, collaborate and work from. Now, the studio is home to resident artists, as well as being available as a pop up or short term option for artists looking to exhibit their works or be involved in the studios by sharing ideas on their art or teaching art classes in the Monash area."
This is a safe space. No racism, homophobia, transphobia, classist, ableist attitudes, fatphobia or other violent behaviour will be tolerated.
